You may speak directly to a Fit Digital order representative from 8:30AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Pay by American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, IMPAC, Check, Money Order or COD. PayPal is currently not accepted. Personal checks may take longer to clear. Companies wishing open account status should request a credit application from our sales department. Terms are Net 20 days from invoice date. We accept purchase orders from schools, government, military, YMCA & properly rated Dun & Bradstreet corporations.

We normally ship the same day we receive your order. All orders are shipped F.O.B. ship point Saugerties, New York 12477. Orders are shipped by standard UPS ground, Parcel Post or the most reliable & economical carrier serving your area. Shipping charges will be prepaid & added to the cost of your order.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the prices and product specifications in this catalog. However, prices are subject to change without notice, and errors are subject to correction. If a price change results in a small balance due, you will be shipped the merchandise & billed accordingly.

If you need to return an item to us for any reason, please fill out the back of your shipping ticket. This will ensure that we issue you the proper credit, exchange or refund (less shipping & handling) when we receive your package. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new condition and unused with all accessories, warranty cards, free of scratches & in the original packaging. For copyright reasons, recorded tapes & videos are not returnable. Due to health restrictions, we are not allowed to take returns on microphones, headsets / headphones, or any item that has contact with ear or mouth, regardless of use.
